漏斗式喷气静电纺聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米纤维膜的制备及其表征

摘    要:为克服传统静电纺丝生产效率低、纺丝过程难以控制、针头易堵塞等问题,实现高效制备高质量纳米纤维膜,在气泡静电纺的基础上,提出了漏斗式喷气静电纺丝技术。以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)溶液为纺丝液,通过漏斗式喷气静电纺技术成功地制备了高质量的PVP 纳米纤维膜,并运用控制变量法分析了溶液质量分数、表面活性剂质量分数和施加电压等对纤维膜形貌和质量的影响。结果表明:当纺丝溶液中PVP 质量分数为32%,纺丝电压为60 kV,表面活性剂质量分数为0.1%时,获得的PVP 纳米纤维膜综合性能最佳,其表面形貌良好,纤维直径较细且直径分布较均匀。

Preparation and characterization ofpolyvinyl pyrrolidone nanofibrous membranes usingfunneling air-jet electrospinning
Abstract:Based on bubble electrospinning, a modified electrospinning technique using a funnel shaped air nozzle was presented to aolve the low production efficiency,difficulty in the control of thespinning process and the clogging of needles of convenitional electrospinning andrealize the efficient peoduction ofhigh-quality nanofibers. Polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP-K30) solution was used as the spinning solution, and high-quality PVP nanofiber membranes were successfully preparedby the funneling air-jet electrospinning technique.The effects of spinning parameters (such as mass fraction of solution, mass fraction ofsurfactant and applied voltage) on the morphology and quality of nanofiber were investigated by the control variable method. The results show that thePVP nanofibers were obtainedunder the conditions of the PVP solution mass fraction was 32%, the applied voltageof 60 kV and the surfactant mass fraction of 0.1% have the best comprehensive puality, fine surface morphology , low diameter and uniform diameter distribution.
