接枝壳寡糖抗菌粘胶纤维的制备及其抗菌性与染色效果

摘    要:为合成一种以天然抗菌因子为功能片段的新型抗菌纤维,以粘胶纤维为原料,壳寡糖为多核抗菌功能片段,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,合成了接枝壳寡糖抗菌纤维。探索优化了其合成工艺条件,并对其抗菌及染色性能进行表征。结果表明:合成接枝壳寡糖抗菌纤维的优化工艺条件为壳寡糖/环氧氯丙烷物质的量比为1:0.3,粘胶纤维/壳寡糖质量比为1:0.8,反应温度为100 ℃、反应时间为5 h,在此条件下壳寡糖的接枝率达到2.0%。平均接枝厚度为0.495 μm;该纤维对金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌率分别达到90%、88%、91%和99%;接枝壳寡糖后可显著提高阴离子染料的染色固着与色牢度,但使阳离子染料染色性能降低。

Preparation and antibacterial and dyeing properties of chitosan grafted antibacterial viscose fiber
Abstract:In order to synthesis a new type of antibacterical fiber, chitosan grafted antibacterical viscose factor fiber was prepared using viscose fiberas raw material, chitosan as polynuclearantibacterical frament and epichlorohydrin as cross linking agent. The process was optimized, and the structure, bacterial resistance and dyeing property of the fiber were characterized. The results show that the optimum process conditionsare the mole ratio of chitosan to epichlorohydrin of1:0.3, the mass ratioof fiber to chitosan of 1:0.8, thetemperatureof100℃, the reaction time is 5 h. 2.0%of chitosan isgrafted to surface of the fiber under the conditions, and the grafted thickness ofchitosanis up to0.495μm.The fiber hasinhibition ratio of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumoniaandCandida albicans is upto 90%, 88%, 91% and 99%. respectively. Owing to the chitosan, the dyeing fastness and the color fastness of anionic dyeare significantly improved, but the dyeing property of cationic dyes are reduced.
