城乡空间统筹在县城总体规划中的实践——以米脂县城总体规划为例

以米脂县城总体规划为例,探讨总体规划阶段在空间布局上落实城乡统筹的措施和方法,提出城乡统筹的实现在县域重点是产业落地和基础设施均衡布局,在县城则是扩大规划区范围,实现规划区用地的规划全覆盖;对涉及公共利益的社会服务设施、生态建设等用地予以重点保证。

PRACTICES OF URBAN-RURAL SPATIAL INTEGRATION IN MASTER PLAN OF COUNTY SEAT: A CASE STUDY OF COUNTY SEAT OF MIZHI

With the county seat master plan of Mizhi as an example, this paper examines the measures and methods of spatial integration of urban-rural development in master plan. To integrate the urban-rural development, it argues that it is important to reasonably lay out the industries and infrastruc ture in the administrative region of the county and to make land use plan in all planning areas of county seat. And it suggests that the supply of land for public facilities and ecological use should be given priority.
