摘    要:通过实验研究自固化玻璃基生物骨水泥(glass based bone cement,GBC)的显微结构及力学性能,讨论了显微结构对GBC生物活性和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明:通过浸泡于人体模拟液(simulated body fluid,SBF)中,GBC内部会生成具有良好的生物活性类骨状磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HAP),这些HAP的近似球状和柱状,端面尺寸在30~50nm,且交错生形成玻璃基骨水泥的自固化,提高内部结构的致密性,同时类骨状HAP晶体有利于增强GBC的力学性能。

Abstract:Microstructure and mechanical properties of glass based bone cement(GBC) were studied. Effects of microstructure on bioacitivities and mechanical properties of GBC were analyzed.The results show that an excellent biocompatible bone-like hydroxyapatite (HAP) in a spherical or pillar shape with the end plane granularity of 30-50 nm is formed in GBC after immersing in simulated body fluid (SBF) for a certain period. The interleaving chains of the HAP crystals lead to self-setting of GBC and increase the compactness of the inner structure. Therefore, the mechanical properties of GBC are much increased.
