摘    要:某铜镍多金属矿含铜0.39%, 含镍0.49%。为综合回收各有用矿物, 采用“铜镍混合浮选-再磨分离”流程进行了详细的选矿工艺研究。闭路试验获得了铜品位19.02%、铜回收率60.47%的铜精矿, 镍品位4.78%、镍回收率87.43%的镍精矿。

Abstract:In order to comprehensively recover the valuable minerals in a copper-nickel multi-metallic ore containing 0.39%  of copper and 0.49% of nickel, a detailed mineral processing study was undertaken adopting a flowsheet consisting of copper-nickel mixed flotation, regrinding and copper-nickel separation. The result of closed circuit test shows that a copper concentrate with a copper grade and recovery of 19.02% and 60.47%, respectively, and a nickel concentrate with a nickel grade and recovery of 4.78% and 87.43%, respectively, can be obtained.
