| 摘 要： | 毛细胞白血病和伴绒毛淋巴细胞睥淋巴瘤均为少见的淋巴源性恶性肿瘤,两者在临床表现和光镜形态上很难区别.本文利用电子显微镜观察了14例毛细胞白血病和2例伴绒毛淋巴细胞脾淋巴瘤的瘤细胞超微结构特征,分析了它们之间的超微结构差异,提示了电镜检查在淋巴源性恶性肿瘤诊断中的作用.

| Abstract: | Both hairy cell leukemia(HCL) and splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes(SLVL) were the seldom lymphocytic malignancies which were difficult to distinguish in clinical manifestation and light microscopic examination.In this paper,we observed the ultrastructural characteristics of tumor cells in 14 cases of HCL and 2 cases of SLVL by using electron microscopy,and analysed the differences of ultrastructural features between them.The results indicate that electron microscopic observation was useful for the diagnosis of lymphocytic malignancies. |
