双因素理论对高校知识型员工管理的启示

摘    要:双因素理论是行为科学中激励理论的一个重要组成部分。本文介绍了双因素理论的主要内容及高校知识型员工的特点。赫兹伯格提出的双因素理论非常适用于高校知识员工管理的特点,对于克服传统高校人事管理的弊端,改善高校知识型员工的管理具有启示作用。

Abstract:Double-Factor Theory is an important part of motivation theory in behavior science. The thesis briefly introduces the content of Double Factor Theory and the characteristics of the knowledge-typed employees in college. Double Factor Theory is appropriate for managing knowledge-typed employees in college, so it has inspiration on overcoming drawbacks of human resource management and improving management.
