摘    要:高功率脉冲功率调制器的紧凑化是其重要研究方向,为此将螺旋线与折叠线技术相结合,设计了一种长脉冲折叠型同轴螺旋脉冲调制器,该调制器将两根螺旋型脉冲形成线通过过渡段部分连接,形成折叠结构,在一定的长度范围内实现了长脉冲的输出,设计指标为:二极管电压400 kV,负载电流26 kA,脉冲宽度约为260 ns。对传输线的电压波过程进行了分析,结果表明,过渡段阻抗与传输线阻抗匹配时输出波形最好;用PSpice软件对脉冲形成线的充电电压和二极管电压、电流进行了模拟;利用高压同轴电缆,进行了低压情况下的验证实验,实验结果与理论分析、模拟研究结果一致。此种类型的调制器具有运行稳定、体积小、结构紧凑的特点。
