摘    要:在马森理论的基础上,笔者对时空消耗概念下的城市机动车道路网容量模型进行了改进和完善,提出了一种更科学、更实用、更可靠的城市路网容量计算模型.从交通流特征出发,分析与探讨了高峰时段交通个体时空消耗函数.模型已经在昆明市应用,验证了模型的准确性、实用性,得到了昆明城市主城区现状机动车道路网处于不同运行状态下时的宏观动态容量,为进一步解决与完善昆明城市现有交通问题提供依据与决策.

Abstract:On the basis of Mason's theory,the model of the capacity of city road network of motoring lane is improved and perfected under the space-time consumption concept.One kind of scientific,practical,reliable calculating model of the city road network capacity is proposed.From traffic stream characteristics,an analysis and probe has been made into the individual time and space exhaustion in peak-hour traffic.The model,used in Kunming City,has been verified accurate and practicable.The macro dynamic capacities are received at different running states of the main urban areas,which offers the basis for solving and perfecting the existing urban traffic problems of Kunming City.
