自力式调压器计算开度应用于输配管理的实验研究

摘    要:阀口开度是自力式调压器重要的运行状态参数之一,目前管网输配调度时通常利用瞬时流量判断调压器的工作状态,但瞬时流量因进出口压力等工况的变化而难于判断,而阀口开度则可以直观地表达,从而更利于管网调度和调节.实验验证了调压器阀口开度理论计算结果与直接测量的一致性,并推断一些难于直接测量的调压器按照计算获取阀口开度的可行性.

Abstract:When scheduling gas transmission and distribution, it's difficult to judge of the operation condition of the regulator according to flowrate, but the valve opening can be expressed directly. Experiment verificate the consistency of the regulator opening theoretical calculation results with direct measurement. Deduce the feasibility that the opening can be calculated for pressure regulator which is difficult to measure directly.
