塑料模具钢固溶时效处理及应用

摘    要:分析了塑料模具钢固溶时效处理前后显微组织、物相结构和相关性能变化。结果表明,塑料模具钢在相变点以上温度固溶处理后,有利于深度塑性加工。对塑料模具零件采用固溶时效处理,可减少或避免热处理变形,提高模具零件的尺寸稳定性,具有十分重要的使用价值。该项技术易于操作,成本低廉,可大幅度提高塑料模具零件使用寿命,现场应用效果显著。

Abstract:The changes of the steel for mould for plastics before and after solution and aging treatment in microstructure,phase-structure and relative properties were investigated.After solid solution and aging treatment at temperatures higher than phase transformation point,the steel can be easily implemented deep plastic processing.The heat treatment distortion can be diminished and the dimension stability be increased.
