浅析水土保持监理在长输管道建设中的实施

为减轻地形测量的外业工作量,更快更好地完成地形图测绘任务,本文提出了利用Google Earth影像进行地形图测绘的方法,并介绍了具体的测量方案、步骤,统计了精度。测量结果表明,在有Google Earth清晰影像的地区,只要采取一定的质量控制措施,利用Google Earth影像测图,其精度可以满足1∶2 000地形图的精度要求。该方法简单快捷、可操作性较强。

Implementation of Soil and Water Conservation Supervision in Long-distance Transmission Pipeline Construction

In order to alleviate the workload of the field measurement and to finish the task of topographic map surveying and mapping quickly and smoothly,this paper puts forward a new method of using Google Earth image to finish the work,and described the specific measurement suggestion,procedures,statistical accuracy.Measurement results show that the precision of Google Earth image can meet the needs of the1∶2000 topographic map requirements as long as taking some quality control measures in the region where there were a clear image.This method is simple,quick and strong operational.
