高温矿井空调制冷技术概况及发展

摘    要:矿井热害严重影响井下工作人员健康以及煤矿安全、高效生产,由于非人工制冷技术的局限性,空调制冷成为矿井热害治理的主要手段。介绍了矿井制冷空调系统的原理,并根据载冷剂的不同将目前矿井空调制冷技术分为蒸汽压缩制冷水、空气压缩式、人工制冰以及热电冷联产空调降温技术,并对上述多种矿井空调技术的应用状况及特点进行综合分析,指出各种空调制冷技术所需要解决的关键技术。在实际应用中,根据矿井的实际情况选择利用不同的矿井空调制冷技术,从技术、经济指标进行考察,使矿井空调制冷技术高效、经济发展。

The Situation and Development of High Temperature Coal Mine Air-conditioning Technology

Abstract:Mine heat harm seriously affect underground workers health and coal mine safety,high efficiency production.Because of limitations of temperature drop range of non-artificial refrigeration,air-conditioning technology becomes the main means which manages the heat harm in coal mine.According to the different secondary refrigerant,coal mine air-conditioning technology are classified into four types:artificial cooled water,compression air,artificial ice and heat and power cogeneration conditioning technology,then comprehensive analysis application status and characteristics of air-conditioning technologies and point out the key technology needed to solve of various air-conditioning and refrigeration technologies.In practical applications,choice the mine air-conditioning and refrigeration technology according to the actual conditions of coal mine,In order to make the coal mine air-conditioning and refrigeration technology development efficiency,economic,and investigate coal mine air-conditioning based on technical and economic indexes.
