永平铜矿爆破优化设计系统的建立

以永平铜矿多年生产实际资料为依据，运用统计分析方法，建立了矿岩破碎度与爆破参数、岩土性质相关数学，以及构成采矿直接成本的穿孔、皮、铲装、运输、二次破碎与粗碎项单位矿石和工以此为基础建立了永平铜矿皮优化设计数学模型，研制了永平铜矿爆破优化设计系统软件，该优化设计系统已在永平铜矿生产中应用，取得了显著的经济效益。

Establishment of Blasting Optimization Design System for Yongping Copper Mine

Based on the many years' production data in Yongping Copper Mine,a mathematical model of the relation of the ore rock fragmentation to the blasting parameter and rock properties was established using statistical analysis method.Unit ore cost model concerning perforation,blasting,scraping conveyance,secondary crush and primary crush which form the direct mining cost was established,and on the basis of the above,a mathematical model for Yongping Copper Mine's blasting optimization design was also established.System software for Yingping Copper Mine's blasting optimization design was developed,which is used in the production of Yongping Copper Mine and has obtained significant economic benefits.
