国产电弧炉容量的发展方向及分析

简要介绍电弧炉的概念、特点、分类以及国内、外目前的发展方向，给出电弧炉按容量划分类型的方法。分析了目前国产电弧炉容量向大型化发展的必要性，给出目前国产电弧炉进一步发展的两大容量类型，即50t超高功率电弧炉和80t高功率电弧炉，并就其国内成套能力，作了较为详细的分析，得出其国内成套是可行和可靠的。

The Development Trend and Analises of Domestic EAF Capacity

The concept character classify and development trend of EAF were brief introduced.Classified method of EAF in accordance with capacity was given.The big size developments necessary for the domestic EAF capacity were analysised.Indicate that both types of the EAF,i.e.50 t UHP EAF and 80 t HP EAF need further developing.The domestic complete set capability of EAF was detailed analysised. In the result,domestic complete set of equipment was possible and reliable.
