摘    要:针对微逆变器中存在的二次功率扰动问题,提出了一种新型四开关功率解耦电路。详细分析了基于Buck/Boost电路的新型功率解耦电路的4种工作模式,推导了采用脉冲能量调制控制策略原理,并对电路关键参数进行设计。该电路并联在逆变器交流输出侧,不仅能够明显抑制母线电压和直流输入侧电流中的二次纹波,而且可以将大电解电容替换成小容量长寿命的薄膜电容。最后,仿真实验验证了该拓扑的有效性和合理性。

Abstract:A novel four-switch power decoupling circuit is proposed to solve the secondary power disturbance problem in micro-inverters. Four operating modes of the proposed circuit based on a Buck/Boost circuit are analyzed in detail,and the principle of pulse energy modulation(PEM)control strategy is deduced. In addition,the circuit’s key parameters are designed. This circuit is connected to the AC output side of the inverter in parallel,which can not only suppress the secondary ripples in the bus voltage and current on the DC input side significantly,but also replace the large electrolytic capacitor with a film capacitor of small-capacity and long-life. Finnally,the results of simulation experiments verify the validity and rationality of the proposed topology.
