高触变性环氧树脂胶粘剂的研究

胶粘剂的触变性对胶粘剂的施工性能有重要的影响,本文研究了树脂含量、稀释剂、填料大小、活性剂对环氧树脂胶粘剂触变性的影响。结果表明,树脂含量和稀释剂过多或者过少都会降低环氧树脂的触变性;填料粒径越小,环氧树脂的触变性越强;活性剂可以大幅度提高环氧树脂的触变性,一般情况下0.2%的添加量就可以满足要求,再配合小粒径的填料,可以进一步提高体系的触变性。

Epoxy resin adhesive with high thixotropy

Thixotropy is crucial for some applications for adhesives.The effects of resin content,diluent,particle size of filler and addition of interfacial active agent were investigated and it was found that there is an optimal point for content of epoxy resin and diluent in terms of thixotropic properties.Any content lower or higher than that point leads to lower thixotropic properties.Particle size of filler played an important role in thixotropic properties of result- ant adhesive,The smaller the particle size of filler,the more significant effect on adhesive thixotropic properties.Ac- tive agent can dramatically alter the thixotropic properties and it was proven that 0.2% by weight of addition content was enough to impart the system obvious thixotropic effect.The thixotropic effect can be further improved with com- bined effect of addition active agent and decreasing filler particle size.
