The Application of PIMFlow in Powder Injection Molding

The powder injection molding computer simulation technology has been developed, for improve the fist test die odds in the die designing, furthest economize the cost, and quicken the develop- ment of fangles manufacturing. Thereinto the PIMFlow is a professional software for powder in- jection molding simulation and calculation, and avoid shortcoming of other CFD software. It pro- vides a good simulation software for die designer of powder injection molding. Basic analyzing the software of PIMFlow＇s rheology theoretic and the example of applied, this paper expounds which this software has the characteristic of accurate calculation and better pertinence, and introduces this preferable simulation software for the powder injection molding designer.
