| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of electric power circuit removing project management, this essay analyzes the problems in the asset value management in it such as unscientific criteria and the uneontrollability of the book value of the transferred assets. Besides, it also gives relevant strategies in the aspects of the management mode, the introduction of an independent third party, the technique and the value. |
