| 摘 要： | 美国PJM（Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland）电力市场在2007年提出了＂完美调度＂的概念,旨在提高系统调度和市场运营的效率,最终实现最优调度.以完美调度的定义和操作流程为切入点,阐明相关基本概念,在此基础上介绍完美调度的数学模型;通过分析PJM完美调度的实际运行数据,说明其在系统经济运行方面所产生的巨大效益;概述＂完美调度＂理念对中国电力系统调度的启示.

| Abstract: | A new concept named ＂Perfect Dispatch＂ was proposed by the PJM（Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland） electricity market in 2007,with the expectation of achieving the continuous improvement with respect to the system dispatch and electricity market operation,so as to implement the optimal dispatching as the final target.First,the definition and operating process of the perfect dispatch as well as some basic concepts associated are introduced.The mathematical model of the perfect dispatch is then presented.With a great deal of actual operating data analyzed,the immense benefits of implementing the perfect dispatch system in optimizing the security and economy of the PJM power system are next revealed.Finally,the implications of the PJM perfect dispatch for the power system dispatching in China are briefly clarified. |
