锌表面稀土转化膜的研究进展

摘    要:稀土转化能够提高锌的耐腐蚀性能,其转化工艺具有环保、高效等优点.简要介绍了国内外关于锌表面稀土转化膜研究的主要方法、工艺流程以及对成膜机理的探讨.总结了不同阶段转化膜工艺的优缺点.指出了稀土转化膜工艺的发展趋势及应用前景.

Abstract:The main research methods and processing procedures, as well as exploration of the film- formation mechanisms of rare earth conversion coatings on the surface of Zn were briefed. It was pointed out that rare earth conversion coatings could be used to improve the corrosion resistance of zinc, and the process for preparing rare earth conversion coatings had the advantages such as environmental protection and high efficiency.Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of the processes in different periods for preparing conversion coatings were summnarized, and the development trend and application prospect of the rare earth conversion technology were discussed.
