摘    要:人才是一个企业生存与发展的源动力,谁拥有更多更好的人才,谁就能在竞争中取得主动,赢得未来.本文以某交通企业为例,分析其"人才开发战略"中存在的主要问题,提出了搞好人才强企战略的对策.

Abstract:The survival and development of an enterprise depend on its qualified talents,w can make it more cornpetitive. Taking a transport enterprise for example, this essay analyzes the problems in its strategy of human resource development as well as presenting relevant strategies.
