| Abstract: | Based on the quantitative statistical analyses of the scientific and technical novelty search projects finished by Hubei Electric Power Scientific and Technical Information Center from 2005 to 2009, this essay discusses about how to increase the level of project applications in the aspects of enhancing the application guidance on scientific research items,innovating the service mode of scientific and technical novelty searches and strengthening the publicity and training of novelty searches. |
