摘    要:微弧氧化技术是一种直接在Al,Mg,Ti等有色金属表面原位生长陶瓷膜的表面处理新技术.处理过程简单,工艺环保,处理后膜层性能优越,多年来对其研究十分活跃.为此,总结了近年来国内对铝合金、镁合金微弧氧化研究取得的成果,分析了当前国内微弧氧化技术研究的水平和现状,在此基础上对微弧氧化技术的总体发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望.

Abstract:A review was provided of the current status as well as and achievements in domestic research of micro-are oxidation of Mg alloys and Al alloys. It was pointed out that as a kind of new technique for surface treatment of metals, micro-arc oxidation (MAO) could be used to in-situ form ceramic coatings on the surface of some non-ferrons metals such as Al, Mg and Ti. It had the advantages of simple procedures, environmentally friendly process and excellent performance of anodic oxidation coatings, which made it to be extensively focused on in relevant research fields.Furtbermore, the development trend of the technique was explored, and its application foreground was prospected.
