| 摘 要： | 本科大学生的毕业工作指导包括毕业论文指导、毕业实习指导和就业指导等工作.如何把这些工作融为一体进行指导与管理,是高校本科毕业生工作的一项重要课题.本文在多年探索、实践和总结的基础上,提出了将毕业论文、毕业实习和就业指导交由一位指导教师负责的＂三位一体＂的指导机制,推动了本科大学生毕业工作指导的改革与创新.

| Abstract: | Graduation guidance in undergraduate colleges and universities include graduation thesis guidance, graduation practice guidance and career guidance. This essay proposes that the three elements be integrated to form a ＂trinity＂ under the guidance of one supervisor, which is a innovation in the work of graduation guidance. |
