| 摘 要： | 高职院校的水电服务部门具有育人的功能,在对学生进行水电基本知识教育、安全教育、节约用水用电珑教育、水电基本技能训练等方面均发挥着重要作用,可大大增强学生的生活、生存能力,提高学生的职业素质.为充分发挥水电服务部门的育人作用,提出在资源配置、运行操作和安全保障等方面的建设措施.
