功率源型分布式电源同步并网控制器的设计

摘    要:针对微网独立运行模式下,功率源型分布式电源从断开到重新并入独立运行的微网系统时,并网点两侧存在电压幅值、频率与相位差,再并网瞬间易对微网系统造成很大的冲击而影响整个系统的稳定,甚至造成整个微网系统不能正常运行这一问题,提出并设计同步并网控制器,对分布式电源的输出电压进行控制,使其达到IEEE1547规定的并网标准,减少分布式电源再并网时对系统的冲击.通过仿真分析,验证了所设计的同步并网控制器的有效性.

Abstract:When power-based distributed generation is reconnected to the micro-grid from its disconnection,there will be different voltage amplitude,frequency and phase on both sides of the connection point which can easily cause great impact on the whole system stability,even paralysis of the micro-grid system.This paper presents the design of the synchronization controller which controls the voltage on both sides,attains the standard requirements of IEEE 1547 and reduces the impact from distributed generation to the system.Simulation analysis results verify the effectiveness of the designed synchronization controller.
