| Abstract: | The teaching staff of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating qualified college and university graduates, advancing the course construction with the time and improving the teaching staff＇s professional quality and teaching competence. The course construction must include such aspects as the reinforcement of organizational construction, the screening of the staff members, the training mechanism for the teachers, classroom teaching, academic and scientific researches, practical investigations and the construction of the network informationalized platform. |
