| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于小波变换及FPGA／CPLD的视频采集压缩系统的实现方案，他适用于多种图像处理及相关领域。文中给出了硬件实现框图，具体讲述了FPGA／CPLD对双帧缓存的读写控制，以及基于小波变换的视频压缩算法DSP实现。
