干式搅拌球磨法制备片状锌粉

摘    要:采用干式搅拌球磨法制备出片状锌粉,设计出制备片状锌粉的实验流程,通过试验确定球径、球料比、转速、球磨时间四个主要参数对球磨结果影响最大,并以正交试验得到了最优参数,试验中还得出助磨剂对球磨结果具有较大的影响.最后讨论了几种关键因素对球磨结果的影响.

Abstract:Zinc flake has been produced by ball mill in the experimentation.The trial flow process has been designed.The experiments confirm us that ball diameters,rate of ball/powder,milling rotational speed and ball milling time are very important to the result and the feasible technologic parameter is carried out by orthoyonal experimentation,and the milling assistant is also very important too.The influence of major factors on ball milling result has been discussed at last.
