低碳经济对中国焊管业的影响

摘    要:低碳经济要求“以油代煤”“以气代油”的国际能源环境拉动了世界焊接管线管的发展,同时要求焊管产品“品质高、质量轻”。通过分析我国焊管行业的发展状况以及产业结构和产品结构,认为,当前我国焊管业的发展方式应当关注:①从规模扩张向质量效益型转变,发展质量经济,关注用户的技术进步和适应对焊管的新要求;②注重提高焊管的品质和使用价值;③开发焊管新品种,降低生产能耗和污染物排放;④建立焊管产品的服务体系,与上、下游用户建立战略联盟;⑤培养一批具有国际竞争力的强势企业,向集团化、专业化方向发展。通过转变发展方式,促进我国向焊管强国迈进。

Abstract:The low carbon economic requires "replace coal with oil" and "gas instead of oil",this kind of international energy resource circumstance promotes development of world welded line pipe,at the same time,it requires welded pipe products to achieve "quality high" and "weight light".Through analysis on development status,industrial structure and products structure,it regards the development of China welded pipe industry should pay attention to① Change from scale expansion to concern quality and benefit,develop quality economy,concern client's technology improvement and adapt the new requirement to welded pipe.② Increase excellent quality and utilized value of welded pipe.③ Develop new kind of welded pipe,reduce energy consumption and discharge contamination.④ Establish service system,as well as strategic alliances with upriver and downriver customers.⑤ Cultivate a group of strong enterprises with international competitiveness,towards to collectivization and specialization development.Through changing development mode,it promotes China stepping into powerful welded pipe country.
