几种非侵入式电流测量技术

摘    要:电流测量是工业生产和科学研究中经常进行的项目.与传统的欧姆定律方法相比,非侵入式电流测量技术具有与被测电路电隔离、精度高、易于实现自动化等优点,具有广阔的应用前景.在调查非侵入式电流测量技术应用现状的基础上,总结了目前常用的几种测量方法的原理,包括电流互感器、Rogowski线圈、霍尔电流传感器、光学电流传感器、磁阻电流传感器等,介绍了各自的特点,并对电流传感器的发展趋势做了展望.

Abstract:The current measurement is widely used in industry and scientific research,the non-invasive current measurement has advantages of high precision and automation. The principles of several non -invasive current measurement methods,such as current transformer, Rogowski coil, Hall current sensors, OCT, magnetoresistive current sensors ,are summarized based on the investigation for their application. The characteristic of each method and the developing trend of current sensors are also described.
