| 摘 要： | 广钢高速线材生产轧制线上的辊环材质较硬，要求加工精度也很高，为了能达到加工要求，必须设计一条用于装夹辊环的心轴对辊环进行车削。本文就心轴的设计制造进行论述。

| Abstract: | The material of mandrel used in high-speed wire rod rolling line is rather hard, and the machining accuracy is very high .In order to obtain machining requirement.a mandrel used to load pinch roll should be designed to turn collars. Mandrel design was discussed in this paper. |
