钨铜镍合金药型罩研究

摘    要:提高破甲威力是世界各国都在致务研究的课题。本文对钨铜镍药型罩进行了研究,通过与紫铜罩进行对比试验和射流动态参数的X光测试,得出了钨铜镍合金重金属作为药型罩材料来提高破甲威力是可行的,对于无隔板的聚能装药静破甲试验表明,破甲威力比紫铜罩提高38%,X光照片显示了射流的高延伸性。

Abstract:The paper studies the tungsten copper nickel alloy liner on its effectiveness in enhancing armor piercing capability The study makes a comparison with the copper liner and explores the dynamic parameters of jets by X ray From the experiments is seen that enhancing the armor piercing capability through the use of heavy metal tungsten copper nickel alloy as liner materials Quiet armor piercing experiment of shaped charge without an insulating board indicates that the armor piercing capability is increased by 38 per cent in comparison with the copper liner, and the high expansibility of jet is showed by X ray photographs
