| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新型平衡馈电超宽带探地雷达系统的设计方法,并研制了实际的电路系统。该雷达系统关键技术包括发射机平衡脉冲的实现,取样脉冲产生方法以及取样门的设计。发射机电路产生脉冲宽度为500 ps,峰值电压幅度为8 V的平衡脉冲信号。接收机采样带宽高达4.3 GHz,为平衡取样门结构,对宽带信号进行采样和保持。对雷达系统进行穿透探测实验,实验结果表明:雷达系统能成功接收携有目标信息的雷达回波信号,并能检测到混凝土实体后面的金属物。该雷达系统适合浅层高分辨率目标检测的应用。
