| 摘 要： | 特色数据库是JALIS工程建设重点建设项目之一，通过对JALIS三期特色数据建设现状的调查发现，合作共建的特色库较少，部分特色数据库访问受限，标准化欠缺。建议JALIS加强统筹规划，强化合作共建共享，妥善解决知识产权及标准化问题，建立可持续发展机制。

| Abstract: | Characteristic database is one of project of JALIS construction. This paper,through investigating into the current situation of characteristic databases in JALIS,shows that there are problems of few cooperative construction,restricted access to the characteristic da-tabases and lack of standardization. It proposes that JALIS should strengthen overall planning,put emphasis on cooperative construction and sharing,solve the ploblems of intellectual rights and standardization,and establish sustainable development mechanism. |
