桦褐孔菌深层发酵培养条件的优化研究

摘    要:以多糖和生物量的得率为指标,研究了不同碳源、氮源、无机盐、温度、初始pH值、接种量等不同因素对桦褐孔菌深层发酵的影响,运用了单因素试验的方法探索了其最佳的液体培养条件。确定了促进桦褐孔菌菌丝体发酵生产多糖的培养基组成为1.8%蔗糖,0.2%麸皮,0.05%MgSO.47H2O和0.1%KH2PO4。适宜发酵多糖的条件为:发酵温度25℃,培养基初始pH值为8.5,接种量为10%。

Abstract:Using biomass and polysaccharide yield as indicators,effects of different factors,such as carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salts,temperature,initial pH value and inoculation amount,on submerged fermentation of Inonotus obliquus were studied.Single-factor experimental design was used for optimum fermentation conditions.The optimum fermentation medium for polysaccharide production was obtained as follows: sucrose 1.8%,wheat bran 0.2%,KH2PO4 0.1% and MgSO4·7H2O 0.05% and optimum fermentation conditions were initial pH value 8.5,inoculation amount 10%(v/v) and fermentation temperature 25℃.
