CO2气体保护焊技术在高层建筑钢结构安装工程中的应用

摘    要:针对高层钢结构的特点,提出钢结构焊接适宜采用CO2气体保护焊技术。结合实际工程,介绍了CO2气体保护焊的基本原理和技术要求,强调了施工中的注意事项。实践证明,采用CO2气体保护焊技术,能有效提高焊接质量和效率,满足高层钢结构施工的进度和质量要求,同时降低工人的劳动强度。

Abstract:Against the features of the highrise steel structure, CO2 gas shielded arc welding technology is put forward。Based on the project practice, the basic principles and the technology requirements of CO2 is introduced , considerations during construction is emphasized. Practice shows that, application of CO2 gas shielded arc welding technology can effectively enhance the quality and efficiency of the welding, fulfill the schedule and quality requirement of highrise steel structure construction, and reduce the strength of labors' intensity.
