Abstract:The technical obstacles in developing machine-room-less elevator are analyzed in this paper.The new generation LEHY-MRL machine-room-less elevator with energy efficient saving and environment protecting specialties is presented from machine-room-less layout, permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machines, car fixtures, balanced rescue technology, power systems, energy feedback technology in details.
