| 摘 要： | 在农村和偏远地区实现地面蜂窝网的覆盖成本高、代价大。iDirect Technologies提出通过卫星基于TDMA体制实现GSM网络的扩展,可以大大节省星上的带宽资源,为电信运营商对地面蜂窝网络的扩展提供了新的增长点。

| Abstract: | It is expensive to cover the rural and remote areas for the cellular network. In order to solve this problem, the iDIRECT TECHNOLOGIES proposes a scheme to expand the coverage of GSM network based on TDMA. It can save the satellite resources greatly and provides a great improvement for Carriers to expand their GSM networks. |
