摘    要:中国石化安庆分公司根据延迟焦化装置扩能改造后的需要,对原装置的富气气压机系统进行了相应的扩能改造,新增1台气压机。用新机取代了原焦化装置压缩机和催化裂化装置气压机的联用。以前催化裂化装置气压机是用来弥补装置满负荷生产时气压机能力的不足。经1年多的运行表明,新气压机设计、制造、安装优良,运行稳定,且使延迟焦化装置综合能耗降低83.6MJ/t。

Abstract:The original wet gas compressor system in the delayed coker at Anqing Petrochemical Company was expanded and revamped for fulfilling the capacity expansion of the unit. A new compressor was installed to replace the combination of the original coker compressor with a FCC gas compressor; previously, the FCC compressor was used to remedy the weakness of the original coker compressor at full capacity running of the coker. More than one year running indicated that the design, manufacture and installation of the new compressor were satisfied and the running was smooth. Moreover, it enabled the comprehensive energy of the coker to be reduced by 83. 6MJ/t.
