摘    要:泡沫浮选槽中微细粒级低效浮选的原因是颗粒与气泡的碰撞概率低,而粗颗粒浮选回收差的原因是大量颗粒从气泡上脱落,采用文丘里管产生纳米泡,研究了利用纳米泡提高细粒煤浮选效果的机理,结果表明:纳米泡浮选过程中,纳米泡会优先聚集在疏水性颗粒表面,通过调整给料速度、捕收剂添加量等浮选条件,可燃体回收率提高10%~30%,纳米泡起到了辅助捕收的作用,并可以减少药剂用量1/3~1/2.

Abstract:In the froth flotation cell, a low bubble-particle collision probability resulted in a low flotation recovery of the finest size coal, while a high detachment probability resulted in poor coarse coal flotation recovery. The Venturi tube was used to produce picobubbles, the funda-mental mechanism which picobubbles improve the flotation recovery of particles was discussed. The results show that the picobubbles adhere preferentially to the hydrophobic surface of parti-cle, the fine coal recovery can be increased by 10%-30% by adjusting the parameters inclu-ding feed rate, collector dosage, etc. Picobubbles also acted as a secondary collector and re-duced the collector dosage by one third to one half.
