多负荷传感系统在防爆叉车中的应用

摘    要:随着防爆车辆的重要作用和地位日益显现,如何开发防爆成本低、可移植性强的节能型传动系统尤为重要。针对防爆叉车防爆成本高的问题,提出多负荷传感系统的概念,其原理是利用负荷传感技术,将液压行驶系统、转向系统和工作装置进行集成,最大限度地减少电气元件的数量。将该系统成功地应用在防爆特种叉车上,使得整车成本降低40%。

Abstract:With the gradual exposure of role and niche of explosion proofing vehicles,how to develop a low explosion-proof cost and transplantable energy-saving drive system is getting more and more important.
