| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型往复抓棉机系列的结构特点，综合分析了该机的工艺性能。通过抓棉头不同下降量的产量测试、产量与开松度的关系测试，结果显示，新型往复抓棉机产量高、抓棉均匀、开松度好。通过与同类机型进行开清棉流程落棉对比及成纱质量分析表明，该机具有抓取棉束小、堆包数量多、自动化程度高、可靠性好等特点

| Abstract: | This article introduces the main features of reciprocating new bale plucker(series)such as tufts plucked are small,more bales loaded,high level of automation and reliability. Through a number of experiments, including production testing,relation of production and the opening degree,comparison with similar machines,comparison of droppings and analysis of yarn quality,it makes acomprehensive analysis and demonstration of the technological performance of reciprocating bale plucker(series). |
