摘    要:市场经济体制的建立、国家对企业的放权和价值规律的作用要求企业要加强价格管理。价格管理在生产经营中具有促进企业发展生产、调整产品结构、调节分配、改善企业内部经济关系等作用,但目前企业价格管理中存在企业内部价格体系不合理、严重脱离市场价格、缺乏机动灵活的价格管理机制和层次分明的价格决策体系等问题。应通过对价格信息的采集、整理、加工、预测和分析,加强价格信息工作,通过强化价格管理系统、建立价格决策体系、建立健全价格管理制度并充分利用网络管理优势,进一步加强企业价格管理,保证企业经济活动顺利进行,取得最佳经济效益。

Abstract:As the setup of market economic system, power decentralization by the country, and the effect of the law of value, the enterprises should strengthen price management, which can promote the development, adjust product structure, regulate distribution and improve the inner economic relations in the enterprise. While at present, in this field, many problems come out, such as irrationality of inner price system, severe deviation from market price, lack of flexible price management system and efficient price decision-making system. Through collection, assortment, processing, prediction and analysis of price information, price information work should be strengthened by intensifying price management system, establishing price decision-making system, consummating price management system and accordingly taking advantage of network management, in order to more strengthen the management of price, and to ensure the smooth operation of enterprise economic activities, and finally to reach best economic benefit.
