| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于高速(十几万rpm)交流电动机调速的SPWM变频器,其控制电路采用了PWM-IC-SLE 4520专用芯片与8031单片机联合控制的结构,逆变主电路应用了具有极高开关速度的功率MOSFET这样,就把变频器的逆变斩波频率提高到了20kHz,而输出正弦频率范围则相应扩大到0～2.6kHz。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a SPWM frequency converter used in high speed AC motor drive.Its control ciruits adopt a combination of PWM-1C-SLE4520 custom cnip and single chip microcomputer 8031 and its power circuit uses power MOSFET which possesses very nigh switching speed. Thus, the carrier frequency of the inverter comes up to 20kHz and the range of output since freguency is expanded to 0~2.6kHz. |
