锥形件无模拉伸工艺数学模型的研究

摘    要:分析了锥形件无模拉的变形机制,提出了锥形件无模拉伸速度和冷热源移动速度的变化规律。通过理论和实验研究证明,对于锥形件无模拉伸成形,本文提出的数学模型克服了以往通过线性加减速成形件的缺陷。

Abstract:The deformation mechanism of cone-shape part dieless drawing was analyzed. The law of drawing speed and hot-cool source speed has been put forward. From studying of theory and experiment, it has been proved to be true that the mathematical model has more adventages than before which using linerar accelerating or linerar decelerating in cone-shape part dieless drawing.
