| 摘 要： | 研制了用单片机系统拾取线阵CCD信号的装置，从而实现了对5～25mm内的线径尺寸的非接触测量。单片机的智能化功能使系统可以自标定，剔除了系统误差的影响。外扩计数器提高了计数频率，从而提高了系统精度。

A dimension measuring device based on line scan CCD |

| Abstract: | A dimension measuring device using single_chip microcomputer based on line scan CCD is introduced. The device can achieve contactless measurement of dimension from 5mm to 25mm. The system can be calibrated by itself, so system error can be eliminated. As a result of using high frequency counter circuit the instrument can achieve higher accuracy. |
