多电机同步控制在复贴机张力稳定中的仿真应用

摘    要:为满足复贴工艺和保证功能化纺织品质量,必须使复贴机运行中的多电机速度保持同步,使张力保持稳定.为了适应本系统大惯量、时变和非线性特点,采用了单神经元PID控制,通过提高多电机速度同步精度来提高张力的稳定性.仿真结果表明,该控制器比传统PID控制器有更好的性能.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the process of affixture and the quality of the functional textiles,we must keep the tension stable during the multi-function affixture machine running,keeping multi-motor relative speed synchronic.Neuro-PID control system is introduced to replace the traditional PID control system,adapting to character of the inertia and nonlinear system,whose speed can be adjusted synchronously as the time changes.Computer simulation shows the neuro-PID control system is more effective than traditional PID control in tension and velocity control.
