摘    要:铅锌选矿厂含金沉积物酸浸条件的改变,对金的富集和回收有较大的影响。通过对沉积物的粒度、酸浸温度、盐酸浓度、搅拌速度等因素的研究,找到了酸浸的优化条件。在选定的工艺条件下,使富集在碳酸钙沉积物中的金以及部分伴生在黄铁矿和方铅矿中的金暴露,有利于金的回收。对浸渣进行重选、对重选中矿和尾矿进行细磨后浮选、对浮选尾矿进行氰化提金,金的总回收率可达到94.2%。

Abstract:The change in acidic leaching of the gold-containing deposits of lead-zinc concentrator has great effect on the gold enrichment and recovery. The optimum conditions for acidic leaching were found through study on deposit particle size, leaching temperature, hydrochloric acid concentration and agitation speed. At the selected technical conditions, making exposed the gold enriched in cacium carbonate deposits and partial gold associated with pyrite and galena benefited the gold recovery. Tests were made on the leaching residue by gravity separation, the middlings by gravity separation, the tailings by flotation after fine grinding and the flotation tailings by cyanidation-leaching of gold, achieving a total gold recovery of 94.2%.
